Warranty

WOODFORCHEF WARRANTY INFORMATION

WoodForChef warrants that its cutting boards will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a limited warranty period that begins on the date of purchase and extends to 1 year, provided that the product is returned to the distributor at the consumer’s expense and is accompanied by a reasonably detailed writing stating the warranty claim together with your proof of purchase within the time period of the warranty. Damage to the product due to accident, misuse (use not in accordance with the product documentation), abuse, normal wear, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, unauthorized repair or alterations, and non-personal use is excluded from this warranty. This warranty is personal to you the purchaser and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, WoodForChef at its sole discretion will repair, exchange the product or refund the purchase price of the product.

WoodForChef MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE:  this represents WoodForChef’s exclusive liability and your exclusive remedy for any warranty defects expressed or implied under this Agreement.
