This heavy duty, cast iron plate features a ribbed grill on one side and a smooth flat top on the other. Use the grill side to get a restaurant-quality sear with the beautiful grill marks to match. Use the griddle side to cook up some bacon and eggs in the morning, paninis in the afternoon, and flip it over to sear steaks for dinner. The cast iron construction provides maximum heat retention with even heating across the surface. The plate fits perfectly on your grill to sear more delicate foods like fish and veggies and can also be used indoors on your stove top over 2 burners.
